I know the new MB uses DDR 1066? ram. I have 4GB (2GB *2) of DDR2 800 and I'm wondering if I can put these into my new MB at least until I get 4GB of DDR3 ram.

DDR2 and DDR3 ram are very different. It's not just about speed. You cannot use DDR2 RAM (of any speed) in the new MacBooks.
