DDR3 RAM for aluminum MacBook

I'm getting ready to buy a new macbook, and I was wondering if anyone has found any deals on DDR3 RAM. I would rather not pay the cost to have 4GB installed, but right now everything I can find online seems to be the same price as it is to upgrade to 4GB at purchase.
