ddress Book Slow and Showing Best of the web

I have looked and looked and can not find a fix to this. I have an address book that is really slow. Also hovering over the All button is the words "Best of the web". I have tried repair premissions and moving the address book folder out of the library application support folder and restarting the computer. The folder is rebuilt but all the problems remain. Has anyone ever seen this?
