Dead 3g iphone screen

Not only did i wait 8hrs in line but almost didn't get the phone cause at&t screwed up some where with my account after 2hrs. got it sort it out another 1hr drive home from the apple store get home start playing with the phone to find out the bottom row where the app & itunes store is completely dead to the touch hopefully since its a day old they will replace it i have an appointment at the genius bar today... i'll come back with update
