Hi everyone,
Unplugged my iPhone 6s this morning once it was at 100%, less than an hour later the phone is totally dead. Nothing on screen at all, iTunes won't recognise it and hard reset does nothing.
My serial no. is in the battery replacement program for unexpected shutdown issues, but I hadn't experienced issues up until now so had held off on taking it in.
So I guess my question here is this;
Is this the typical symptom/behaviour of an iPhone affected by the battery shutdown issue or is this another issue entirely and I'm likely all outta luck?
I do have an appointment booked with an Apple authorised service centre this afternoon but I'd love to know going in if this should be covered under the replacement program.
EDIT: I'm assuming its a different issue as it won't turn back on
Thanks again
