So I had a friend hand me a Macbook Pro to see if I can revive it after some water being spilled on it. I am no way qualified to do this by any means but I know how to use a Mac so I am more qualified than him. lol

I would like to know where to start. I know its a longshot but I simply want to check the basics before sending him to a repair man. I have plugged the unit in and obtained a full charge. I am getting a solid green light on the charging unit but thats it. The unit will not turn on at all. The only hope I have is that the owner stated that the unit powered on a week or so after the water damage occured. He stated that it went to a sort of diagnostics screen but he didn't give any info other than that. Since then, the unit will not do anything.

Is there anything I should look for? Any trouble shooting that is out there that may give some life back to the unit?
