Dead pixel fields on iPhone 6

Hi,

I've recently discovered three areas on my iPhone 6, which seem to be full of dead pixels. They appear as little red/blue/green dots and are only visible on dark backgrounds. I'm attaching a photo which shows two of the three areas. The third one is on the other side of the screen, also at the edge.

Has anyone seen something like this before? Can it get worse over time?
