Hello everyone!

I see some kind of dead pixels in every photo I take with the front camera of my iPhone 11 Pro Max: see zoomed-in view of photo attached.

Is this some kind of dead pixels? Or a sensor error? Dirt? Has anybody already experienced something similar? What should I do?
