dead pixel on year old macbookpro, will apple fix it?

how many are there? i think apples policy is 5+ dead pixels in center area(not 100% sure). also, it depends on the genius

ya i just talked to apple care, i think its like 3 dead pixels,
w/e give genius bar a call.
