Hey I have a dead spot on my screen. Its really small so its not that noticable but I see it now so its driving me crazy. My imac is a late 2012 so its not new but I have treated it really well.
I ran a pixel check program and it didnt fix it. Am I just screwed or is there anything I can do?

Pixels do die, if you have apple care apple will replace the panel for dead pixels. If not you are screwed...

that looks like dirt...

It is dirt, and it's not that uncommon with new iMacs unfortunately - my first 2012 iMac had much the same and was readily replaced by Apple.

Unfortunately, OP, no there is nothing you can do to fix that short of replacing the screen... or asking for your money back.
