Dead Pixels on 2012 rMBP 15"

A couple days ago, I bought a 2012 Retina MacBook Pro on Craigslist at a pretty good price. Didn't notice them at first, then saw them glowing, highly visible on a black screen. There are easily 10 of them (albeit some bigger than others) throughout the entire screen, I'm tempted to sell it or take it into the Apple Store. The problem is though, its out of warranty, probably by a year or so, so I doubt the Genius Bar could do anything. I like the dedicated 650M, hate the dead pixels though. Ugh, ignorance is bliss.
