I know I saw somewhere someone else mentioned this but I couldn't find the thread. Just recently I noticed 2 or 3 dead pixels on the screen of my iPhone 5. They do the rainbow thing so that's how you can see them. Why did this happen? Was it during production or something else? I've only had my phone for about 2 weeks and have taken great care of it. Any way to fix this or don't even worry about it? Happen to anyone else recently?

That's actually not dead pixels, but "hot pixels", meaning they're light constantly in one of the RGB color. In most cases it can't be fixed. Go to the Apple Store and as for replacement. It's pretty common issue with LCD screens.
