I bought an ipod touch from best buy about a month ago, and I took it back since it had one visible dead pixel on it. They gave me a new one, and it worked fine for a couple weeks. Now, there's a newly developed dead pixel on the screen. Has anybody else had this problem? It's starting to irritate me, and I might just ask for a full refund this time around. Does the software update help fix any dead pixels? Thanks!

if it IS a dead pixel, it can't be fixed.

just make sure first if its a stuck pixel or dead pixel

same problem

i am having the same problem. there's a whole cluster of dead pixels of the 3 different colors and they sometimes are there, and sometimes are not. what's a stuck pixel?

I am also curious about dead pixels on my iPod Touch screen.

I've noticed there are two pixels which are just red, it's really noticeable because when I watch a video it's in the black area and it's really distracting and when I view a video full screen it stands out too. How many do I need for a refund?

Thanks.
