So earlier today, my powerbook decieded to die. There I am writing my program and i hear some weird clicking. I move the powerbook around trying to locate where the sounds is comming from. And lo-and-behold the sound is comming from under the trackpad...Sigh....My powerbook no longer wants to start up, not even from the cd. I thought maybe the hardrive died but since it wont boot from the cd, it may be the logic board or something.

How should i go about my conversation with the applecare representative? Basicly, what should i do...

Just tell them what you were doing before it died. In this case, it shouldn't be particularly necessary because hardware faults like this are usually pretty random. They should ask you some nice leading questions. Just answer them as best you can. :)

Good luck with it all. :)
