I've got 2 stuck pixels close to the middle of the screen that are mildly annoying.

I'm nearing the end of my 2-week return period. If I wanted to exchange for a new one, do I need to do it before my 2 weeks are up? Or can I do it anytime within the warranty period?

Thanks!

Actually, I have the same question. I have a Week38 that has negative black issues. It's been almost a month since I exchanged it for a defective Week36, putting me well past the 14-day return period.

My understanding is that the iPod Touch has a year warranty. You can turn your device in for warranty issues any time during that one year. That policy concerns me though since you may receive a refurbished unit for replacement. I don't want to end up with ANOTHER defective unit...
