well, considering that the site doesn't sell anything but sends you to other sites, I would be very skeptical. There's more to buying on the web than a 'great' price. Often a great price is a scam or there are hidden charges that make it not such a great deal.
It looks like it is similar to slickdeals.net, it just links to great deals found across the internet. I have noticed many of them are from newegg. Just make sure the store the deal comes from is a reputable seller.
