Following the announcement of new Apple TV 4K models in October, we've been tracking steep markdowns on the 2021 models on Amazon. These sales have continued into November, and right now you can get the 32GB Apple TV 4K for $99.99, down from its original price of $179.00.

This remains the best price we've ever tracked on this model of the 2021 Apple TV 4K, and it makes the streaming device about $29 cheaper than the brand new entry-level Apple TV 4K model, which starts with 64GB. Current shipping estimates on Amazon provide a November 5 to 10 delivery window.

We're keeping track of all of the season's best Apple-related deals in our Black Friday roundup, so be sure to check back throughout the month for an updated list of all the most notable discounts you'll find for Black Friday 2022.

Sadly, this is what it should cost unless they offer a compelling reason to pay more. Right now they haven't. I love my apple TV but it's not worth twice as much as a Roku for most people.

Getting close to the NICE PRICE. My 2020 ATV4k works about 65% of the time. I’m back to using built in TV apps again. As it’s being fussy again. I’ve had two ATVs die on me so I’m really wanting to wait for some brand new overhauled version. Then hope it’s sorted.

I was hoping that Apple would do top notch sound bar / Siri assistant / Apple TV Combo for around $200-$300. But, alas, they chose to go the minor revision route.

Got a Roku (Walmart Onn) sound bar that supports 4K HDR10 for the game room for $129 because I needed a new sound bar. Opportunity lost, Apple.

What happens with the offers of the ipad I want to see offers of ipad I do not see them for a few days.

If you have access to Apple's Veteran Store or Educational Store, the price difference isn't that much for the 2022 model.

For the Veteran Store, you can get the 32GB for $116 and the 128GB for $134:

EDIT: The discount is only available on the Veteran Apple Store, not the Edu Store

Edu does not get a discount on Apple TV.
Yeah, I just spent 10 minutes trying to find the Educational discount on Apple TV to no avail. I still have a 2018 Apple TV with the old, bad remote. But it still works fine, and I can't really see the necessity of a new one except for the improved remote. But I'm ever tempted ...

I mean at that point I would just spend the extra $30 and get double the storage, usb-c remote and the latest tv... But that's just me.
God how I so wish the "double storage" was option for my all of the 64 GB iPads out there! In that case, pay $60 for 4x the storage.

Take into account that the old version carries Ethernet and Thread support though. For me personally storage and CPU speed don’t make much difference as I never game on it. Food for thought.

How do you get to the veteran store?

You have to verify your Veteran status.
