Amazon today has Apple's AirPods Pro 2 available for $199.00, down from $249.00. This price is just about $2 away from the best price we ever tracked on the accessory, and this is only the second time in 2023 that we've tracked this deal.

Although they were around $197 on Woot for Black Friday, that sale was very rare and disappeared quickly. The $199.00 price tag has been the most consistent deal on the AirPods Pro 2, and Amazon is estimating a delivery window of mid-February for most orders placed in the United States.

Apple's AirPods Pro 2 earphones feature better noise-canceling technology, improved Transparency mode, and an H2 chip. Head to our full Deals Roundup to get caught up with all of the latest deals and discounts that we've been tracking over the past week.

This is the deal I got from Verizon in December. Amazon is better because returns are easier and you get a longer return period. I like the AirPod, though I would be happier with good noise cancelling headphones like Bose, strictly for the comfort level. I love the way the AirPods Emily and flawlessly switch between my Apple devices. And for earbuds, the noise cancelling is amazing.

It’s unfortunate apple.com don’t follow the same discounts. So many of us were sitting on apple gift cards we have little choice but to pay msrp.
people who shop directly from the apple store are likely less price sensitive and apple likes to keep the illusion that their products are expensive due to superiority. at least with apple.com, you can get student discounts and refurbished (practically new) items all year round. apple also gives bundles like free beats headphones at the end of the summer for their back-to-school sale.

I understand that other people may have had better experiences with Amazon, however, I personally had a less than satisfactory experience with my AirPods Pro 2 purchase from Amazon US. Although the product was advertised as brand new, I noticed some hard to miss gaps in the seams of both the charging case and the AirPods. I reached out to Amazon for a replacement or a refund, but was met with disappointment as they declined both options, citing hygiene reasons. Despite this, I had the opportunity to speak with a customer representative who ended my call abruptly when I requested clarification on the return policy. In the end, I reached out to Apple for support and the Genius Bar was able to verify the issue and replace the product for me promptly. My wish to save $50 backfired on me, I hope others do not have to experience the same disappointment.

What Bluetooth headphones or earbuds use replaceable batteries?

None that I know of. But Cambridge Audio has a pair that appears permanently on sale for $99. That is the magic price point for throw aways. Besides, not only do they sound better, but the passive noise cancellation is so good that they have transparency mode. USB-C is a bonus.

They also have a $59 pair, but I’m not personally sure of how good they are.

Are they worth upgrading from the original AirPods Pro?
Absolutely they are! My sister had her gen 1 Pro’s go bad a few days ago and gave her my gen 2 Pro’s. She could immediately tell a good difference in sound and ANC. I just ordered me another new pair at Best Buy right now for $149.99 since I had a $50 gift certificate. I also have totaltech so Apple care is included. I got the first pair on launch day and paid the full $249.99 at that time.

I’m not so sure, guys. Is this legitimate? It looks to me like it’s a pricing error, or that Amazon has been hacked. Better get this price matched at Best Buy ASAP!
