Today we're tracking a few deals on the 40mm GPS Apple Watch SE, which is available for $219.00 on Amazon, down from $249.00. Along with this model, Amazon has low prices on nearly every other configuration of the 2022 Apple Watch SE, including cellular models.

For the 40mm GPS model, you can get all three colors at this price: Starlight Aluminum, Silver Aluminum, and Midnight Aluminum. Additionally, each color has both S/M and M/L sizes in stock and on sale, with delivery dates as soon as August 2 for many models. Overall, this is a solid second-best price.

The 44mm GPS model is on sale for $249.00, down from $279.00. Like the smaller model, this one is available in all three colors and various band sizes with a delivery date around August 1-5 for the fastest options. It's another second-best price.

Moving to cellular models, the 40mm cellular Apple Watch SE has hit $269.00 on Amazon, down from $299.00. Discounts on both cellular models have been more rare than the GPS versions of the Apple Watch SE, so this is a great opportunity to purchase the wearable at its lowest price.

Lastly, the 44mm cellular Apple Watch SE is available for $299.00 in all three colors, down from $329.00.

It seems they plan to release a new SE model every-other year with the first arriving in 2020, the second in 2022, and the 3rd rumored for 2024. So in lieu of a new model this year, maybe we're getting some discounts on the current lineup?

I didn't realize there were so many SE options, even cellular models.

Apple still need an entry-level Apple Watch for $99 without a band or charging adapter, that way you can bring your own. Would be ideal for first time buyers getting their first experience and for parents getting their children something where they could track them and the children could make emergency calls only.

A $99 Watch without a band or a charger is not ideal for first time buyer ! How are they going to wear it or charge it ! 🤷‍♂️……… the SE is entry level ..

Honestly, for what you get for that money, I think the SE is a pretty good deal.
It would seem so.

But the slow charging and lack of spO2 measuring, dual band wifi, smaller battery, old gen heart rate sensors, etc., makes it too much of a compromise for anyone but the most casual of casual users.

..aaand really not a great deal altogether compared to a discounted series 7 or even series 6

True. But horses for courses, as they say. If you don't need those features.....
