Anker makes some great stuff. Have been using one of their wireless stands for at least a year. Just picked up a pair of the SoundBuds Curve.

edit: If you don't want to click their affiliate links, I'd recommend going straight to Amazon and searching the product directly.

Is it just me or Anker is almost always on sale? Why not just permanently lower the price?

While I really like Anker stuff and owns many, I wish they would simplify their product line. It is cluttered with very similar products, making it hard for consumers to figure out which is which.

I feel like MR gets some reward for posting this. I get that you gotta pay the bills but cmon. Their products and support are not very reliable. I’ll never use their junk again. Too many issues and failures.

Anker's USB>Lightning cables are far superior and much cheaper than the ones Apple sells. I had 1 Anker cable start to tear near the connector and Anker sent me a new one free of charge. Try doing that at an Apple store with 1 of their cables. They will just laugh at you.

Because it gets attention on websites like this.

If an item is on sale for $10.99, down from $12.99... it looks good.

But if it is always $10.99... then there's no story.

:p

Their prices are almost never the "discounted from" price, and are usually even lower than the "sale" prices.

Or ou could, you know, go out of your way to use the affiliate links, in order to let MacRumors get a few cents, to keep the servers running where you found out about this deal.
Or we could, you know, not. Thanks for your concern.

Dude, a "30% off! only for the next 5 hours! only few units left! from $100 down to $70" price tag is more attractive than a boring "$65" price tag!

Exactly.

"Anker Sale" is a much better headline than "Same prices... again"
