Only the M/L band size is on sale at this price, which is a match of the all-time low price on this version of the Apple Watch Series 8. As of writing, Amazon estimates free delivery to arrive between February 15 and 18.

If you're shopping for a cellular model, Amazon also has the 45mm cellular Apple Watch Series 8 for $479.00, down from $529.00. This one is available in three colors, with delivery estimates as soon as February 5 for the Midnight Aluminum model.

The Apple Watch Series 8 features an Always-On display that lets users see their watch face and complications at all times, as well as crack-resistant front glass, IP6X dust resistance, and a WR50 water resistance rating. Heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen detection, ECG readings, sleep tracking, fall detection, and loud noise monitoring are also available, plus a built-in temperature sensor that's used for giving women additional insights into their health.

Hmm, looks good in red. I have the gold aluminium one with gold Milanese loop and a black watch face, makes me realise maybe I should be using a gold face. Oh it turns black for the alway on display anyway, doh.

Other than women looking to track their periods anyone else rushing to buy these rather than getting for example a refurb series 7 or just not upgrading at all?

Have a 6 and was planning on upgrading with the 8, but with basically the same SOC and my battery life being okay going for the 9 is the plan. And if the 9 still has the same basic SOC, ugh.....hopefully Apple doesn't leave that much die shrinking improvement just sitting on the table.

True…I wouldn’t recommend anyone upgrading. And if you’re completely new to Apple Watch, the SE2 might be the better buy.

The 7 is also good but only if you can find a reputable store that will stand behind refurbished units.

It's sad that the URL's doesnt work here in Sweden... :(
(It goes to the Swedish Amazon site in the category "Wearable smart watches"...

I think I’m with you. I’m hoping the 9 has something worth upgrading for, but the 6 is still awesome. Though, Wish it had

A KEYBOARD

Apple. A keyboard. Not that hard. FlikType did it.

It's $329 for the AW series 8 41mm, and $359 for the 45mm one at Costco right now. Way better deal.
