A new all-time low price has appeared for the 2023 14-inch MacBook Pro (10-Core M2 Pro, 512GB), now down to $1,749.99, from its original price of $1,999.00. Only Amazon has this deal in the Space Gray color right now, and the retailer provides an estimated delivery date of as soon as May 3 for fast shipping.

This beats the previous record low price on this model by about $50 and is now the best price we've ever tracked on the computer. Given that this notebook is now just about three months old, Amazon's $249 markdown is a great option for anyone wanting to buy a MacBook Pro this week.

Additionally, you can get the 12-Core M2 Pro, 1TB 14-inch MacBook Pro on sale this week, available for $2,249.00, down from $2,499.00. This is another all-time low price and Amazon has this one in stock in both Space Gray and Silver.

There are also a few sales on the 2023 16-inch MacBook Pro on Amazon, starting with the 12-Core M2 Pro, 512GB model for $2,249.99, down from $2,499.00. For more storage, you can get the 12-Core M2 Max, 1TB notebook for $3,249.99, down from $3,499.00.

The joys of just waiting. Any of you out there waiting on the M3 Pro and Max, just wait 4 to 6 months after its release next year. You will get some good deals.

If it's like the M2 Pro 14" MBP, then you only have to wait 1.5 months to get a good deal.

Waiting longer only saves you an extra $50.

Another good deal is an Apple Refurbished M1 Pro 14" MBP for $1,399.99. Comes with 1 year Apple warranty

Costco has the same deal going on

Edit: Costco did have this deal going on but it expired yesterday 🤷‍♂️

I think that deal is over at Costco. The best price I could find was $1,949. However, Costco does offer a 2nd Year Warranty for free, Free Technical Support, and a 90 Day Return Policy. Good prices on the M1's as well.
You are correct. It expired yesterday

These 14" deals are pretty good, from the older 14" for $1599 all the way to that 1TB M2 for $2249 this covers quite a price range and the most common configurations.

AFAIK Apple only sells refurbished devices through their own store, so unless this is the one exception to the rule, I would not expect this to have been refurbished by Apple or even come with the 12 month warranty.

According to Woot staff (unless they're lying) in the deal comment section, these are Apple Certified Refurbished

just got one from the $1849 deal recently, to replace a 2015 15" Pro. Amazingly it's barely faster and has the same amount of RAM and storage. Should have been $849. The screen isn't even better and constantly dims itself regardless of display settings which I set to turned such things off.

I need 2Tb…
Yep, that was a decent amount of storage a decade ago. Why under 4TB is even sold is beyond me. You can't even back up both your phone and iPad on most of their lineup, nor have a multi-terabyte photo library. Really these devices aren't meant to be used much I guess. I run basic aps and low res files so I can get by on this "Pro" machine for my job but can't imagine owning one for personal use as an only computer.

Apple also wants people to store everything in the cloud for xx$/month. But I prefer by far not relying 100% on internet and rather having (almost) everything on my laptop, + an external 4Tb HD for time-machine backups.
