I don't know, do they really need a mini product. How about an iPod touch large instead? Too many choices especially since base models of iPad prices have come down.

I love the Mini 5, it has such a great form factor. If you want an iPad but ultra-portable (or even pocketable) it's the Mini.

Agree! also for kids is great how easy (and safe) they handle the mini.

A mini with the Pro design (all display) would be great!

Love my iPad mini 5. Put one of those Elecom rough screen covers on it and now it’s the best for digital note taking / doodling.

Every pilot I know has an iPad mini because they fit on the yoke of an aircraft to display charts and plates.

Funny you say this, there’s a few active pilots on this very site who have commented the Mini size for traveling/plane accommodations.

I don’t own the Mini 5, but this would be an awesome secondary to the new iPad I’m purchasing this year, the subcompact size can’t be beat for when you don’t need the larger variant for simple tasking.

While the prices are pretty good, as I've noted before most often the prices for refurbs direct from Apple are cheaper.

My wife tried my iPad Pro for awhile, but found that the size was a bit too large for her to hold comfortably. I wound up getting her an iPad Mini 5, and she's found that it's perfect for her. There are many people out there who think the iPad Mini is excellent for their needs.

I really wish Apple would come out with an ipad pro mini To compliment my 11” ipad pro. I’d like to be able to use the same apple pencil 2 on both devices.

Just sold my iPad Pro after picking up a refurb mini 5 from Apple. To me, the mini is the true iPad. Mac for productivity. SE (yes, in 2020) for on the go needs. mini for entertainment. The pro is terrible for holding in your hands, just as the 11s are for one hand. If I need a keyboard, it’s not a tablet. If it’s a tablet, it’s not as productive as a computer. Sorry. The pro isn’t pro except possibly for visual artists. If you’re always using the pro with a keyboard, why have an iPad?

Resist the attention theft economy. Use your phone for on the go productivity (communication, location research). A computer for in place productivity. An iPad when you are consciously choosing entertainment.

You want a great camera? Buy a camera. You want to post on Instagram or Facebook to get attention? Oh good sir or ma’am, the attention that’s got is yours. Apps are the new cigarettes.

I would love a Pro in mini size. Until then, these are great.
