Amazon and Best Buy are kicking off the week with a return of the year's best prices on Apple's 14-inch MacBook Pro. Additionally, we're tracking a new all-time low on the high-end 16-inch MacBook Pro at B&H Photo.

14-Inch MacBook Pro

Starting with the 14-inch models, you can get the 512GB 14-inch MacBook Pro from Best Buy for $1,599.00, down from $1,999.00. This deal is available in both colors and Best Buy has both Silver and Space Gray in stock.

For more storage, the 1TB 14-inch MacBook Pro is on sale for $1,999.99 on Amazon, down from $2,499.00. This one is only available in Silver and Amazon has an estimated delivery date of December 15 as of writing.

Both of these deals match the best prices we previously saw on the MacBook Pro during Black Friday. We aren't sure if these will expire and not return before the end of December, so if you're shopping for the holidays, make your purchases soon.

16-Inch MacBook Pro

Lastly, B&H Photo has a rare all-time low price on the 10-core M1 Max 1TB 16-inch MacBook Pro. It's available for $3,049.00, down from $3,499.00 in Space Gray.

Keep up with all of this week's best discounts on Apple products and related accessories in our dedicated Apple Deals roundup.

I so wish I had a legitimate reason to get a MacBook Pro… (other than “I wanna”, of course)

It seems like such a great deal at $1599

I ended up getting the MacBook Air M2 instead of the MacBook Pro 16” for $1,999 on Black Friday with Best Buy. It was a very tough decision because the larger screen size was very appealing. I’m now wondering if I’ve made a terrible mistake, but the FOMO was going to hit either way. I barely use a laptop as a laptop, and there wasn’t enough of a performance justification to forgo the gift card and my ability to use my account balance at the time.

An extra $499 for a 16” screen hurts.

(Yeah, yeah… better chip blah blah blah, I know. But I don’t care about that… I just want larger screen and the extra $499 hurts)

I agree. But it doesn’t hurt SO MUCH at $1,999 as the obvious dismissal at $2,499. I watched a ton of obnoxious narcissists on YouTube doing way TMI forensics on the performance, and it boiled down to screen and speakers. It was the fact that the M2 actually outperformed the M1 Pro in single core performance that made my money start seeping glue in my wallet. 😄

Just went through a 15-hour power failure and it was nice to have a laptop with a long battery life. iPhone hotspot and we could still go on the internet. This may be the longest power failure we've every had here (Southern California). Some equipment failure that only affected 100 house. Of course we could have gone to a neighbor who still had power.

Get accustomed to being without power.

Excellent pricing for the base 14" Macbook Pro.
Key word is “base”.

The only reason they are on sale is because they are bare bones and not selling.

Now offer sale pricing on other iterations of the 14” MacBook Pro and I will join the celebration.

I’m loving my MBP 16” M1. I usually have upgraded every 2-3 years but this thing a year and some later still fly’s like day 1.

Of course Apple’s future updates will slow it down to “preserve” battery life.
