Woot today brought back its solid deal on Apple's Magic Trackpad 2, available for $84.99 in new condition, down from $129.99. This is still one of the best prices we've ever tracked on the accessory, and only Woot has the deal.

Been hoping to get one of these for a while but the price was always so high...certainly pricey even discounted but worth it at least at this price! (Debating buying two - one for work and one for home!)

after my mom took mine to her office, i just got one off another user here for 50 bucks

I love Magic Trackpad 2. I wish I can charge it with USB-C though. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Hopefully, the black version will be discounted soon.

I'm kind of surprised they haven't released a version of this that matches the newer iMacs and the Magic Keyboard with Touch ID.

I bought one in September 2015. Still using it everyday. Once you got habituated to the multitouch gestures, nothing will replace this MagicTrackpad.

I enjoy the functionality.
Not impressed with the battery life. Lasts about two weeks between recharges with daily use.
Don't know how long the battery will last with the ongoing charging cycle

You mean Trackpad in fun iMac colors (blue, green, red, yellow, orange, purple)?

If you ask me, this is a ploy to get iMac buyers to buy all 3 input devices as you cannot purchase them separately afterward.

Having said that, I personally love the black color.

The iMac ships with a matching mouse, so yeah, it's weird that you can't get a matching trackpad. Also, the design of the latest keyboards has a way larger corner radius and they look odd side by side. I personally don't care about either of these things but Apple is usually pretty obsessive about these kinds of aesthetic details.

Apple updated Magic Trackpad 2 with more rounded corner radius in May of last year, with SKU MK2D3AM/A.

It looks like this Woot deal is the older one, with SKU MJ2R2LL/A.
