Nomad, just a hint. Add free shipping on top of the 30% and your prices might feel right after all. Even at 30%, it feels overpriced.

If Nomad is reviewing comments on this aditorial I'd like to share the three things that prevent me from getting the base station pro.

First, the Apple Watch mount, while cool, looks cheap and the inability to plug the watch USB cable into the BSP itself makes for an awkward white cord that is way too short already. Your Base Station Apple Watch Edition solved this issue so why wasn't it made available for the more expensive unit?

Second, why is the lower-end Base Station available in walnut while your flagship device is only plastic?

Third, echoing tigres's comment, don't claim 30% off everything unless you plan to offer 30% off everything. The fine print and the mouseovers and the exceptions make your brand look bad. You come across as trying to deceive people because they expect to save 30% off everything. 30% off sitewide is very different than 30% off MSRP of new units on a single brand you sell.

I’ve had their Base Station Apple Watch and Pro. The former lasted less than two years before parts of the circuit board fried themselves, and the latter began heating up phones and not charging them fully after only six months, which Nomad support is claiming to be normal behavior. This kind of quality is not worth it at any sale price.

Would be good if they could get round to shipping their AirTag keychains before committing to more orders….
