Looks like iPad Pro is getting ready to be replaced soon with new A14Z chip iPad Pro models. Apple clearing out inventory now with this sale?

Does anyone do a trade-in for iPad during the holiday season last year? They offered up to a $100 Apple gift card for iPad, the trade in value remained same even with the offer? It looks like they are clearing the 2020's inventory for Pro which I want!
