Notably, for the MagSafe deals shoppers should be aware that the prices listed below may not be reflected on Verizon until you add each to your cart. If you don't see the sale prices reflected on the product pages, Verizon will automatically discount each accessory once in your cart.

In terms of the best discounts, the MagSafe Duo Charger and the MagSafe Battery Pack are hitting the lowest prices we've seen yet on each accessory. The regular MagSafe Charger is at a solid second-best price, and Verizon also has a rare discount on the 2021 Siri Remote.

I still don't get what problem the Magsafe charger is supposed to solve. It's bigger to carry around than just a Lightning cable and the charging is slower. It's nothing but Apple’s attempt to establish a new proprietary system to get ahead of legislators. I really hope that the EU gets Apple to adapt USB-C soon before they go portless and therefore do not fall under the ‘unified port rule’ they are trying to establish. Not that I would buy a portless phone anyway since I still sync my iTunes library over wire (because the Wifi sync is, after ten years, still so damn unreliable).

the EU has already clearly stated their new proposed USB-C legislation will in no way prevent a manufacturer from developing an all wireless charging solution and NOT using USB-C. i'm not thrilled but it seems they encourage a magsafe only future if apple thinks it can work. not sure how that does anything since ultimately magsafe still is a puck connected to a cord...

All my fear about portless iPhones is that my car (produced in 2020) isn't capable of wireless CarPlay just wired. How the hell would I connect the phone to my car in this portless case? 🤨

Agree. Looks like its not discounted like the article says it is, at least when I click it.

Just picked up one yesterday at my local verizon store for this price. Ordered it online and it was clearly shown as discounted.

While it may not be the most attractive magsafe accessory, for functionality and compactness it beats out alternatives, the price is just really high for what it is IMO.

I don't think it makes much sense for travel, but for something on your desk/nightstand it's slightly quicker to use than plugging/unplugging a cable.

First off: Not being a troll. I haven't synced my phone with a computer since probably 2017 so I'm curious what other people still use this for. Do you not use apple music? I didn't have a large collection to begin with, so it was an easy shift for me, especially with family members having access to all the music anytime. I know we all have different use cases so I like to hear what other people are doing.

I feel like white is the worst color it could be. I’d consider it if it color matched my phone but I’m afraid it would come off when sliding in my pocket and eventually break from impact on the ground.

As stated earlier, many new cars do not offer wireless CarPlay and that is my main use case. For Apple to completely portless, they will have to come out with a wireless CarPlay adapter that is MFi certified.

There’s no reason to think they won’t make that adapter and sell it to you for $49+

The magnet is a fair bit stronger than the wallet - feels nearly 2x as strong. Sure you could slide it off while taking out of your pocket but would be very obvious/deliberate.

That said, it's a bit thick for pocket use - I'd do it if I really needed the juice, but for me it's a way to just recharge my phone at home while using or having on the road when I'm out all day and using the GPS heavily (have a 12 mini fwiw). If you don't have specific use cases for it probably best to pass.

I can totally see a use case for a battery pack but for the price, the appearance and the fact you can only use it on the iPhone makes it a difficult sell for me.

I bought the 13 pro Max and the battery is amazing as is but I would go for another smart battery case if it were an option.

I believe you can use the battery for most wireless charging devices. It recharges my Airpods Pro case.

If you only are looking to increase your battery by default I agree a smart case is much better. I almost feel like this battery is great for the iPhone mini (ie. perfect fit on a phone w/ a compromised battery) and much less of a value prop for others.

One nice little thing I just discovered about it is it mounts to my wallet so I can carry them together (ie. when driving - need the wallet as it has my id, can use the battery to increase runtime for GPS use).

Beats studio buds user here, so no wireless charging for me. Yeah it would probably fit much better and be better suited for the mini, but that white color.

I dig it against my blue mini, I think that's a pretty good pairing. But I don't think it's really meant to be mounted for long periods of time, just too weird to use ergonomically. I mean, if you're gonna do that just get a larger iPhone - the weight and mass is more than the Max most likely.

Battery Pack makes holding the iPhone inconvenient The color should have been black
Not a fan

I don’t feel trolled. Yes I still sync my music with iTunes/Music and I have not subscribed to Apple Music. I used to but it messed up so many of my covers and sometimes even replaced some of my rather obscure titles with wrong ones on the phone jand I‘m not even starting with covers). After that I decided that I value my well curated library over whatever Apple algorithms give me, so I cancelled (and went with Tidal for streaming, also because they pay more to the artists than Apple).
I would love to have my music in the cloud but I really want it to be my music, not the mis-matched mess that was Apple Music for me.

Buyer beware, these may be great deals but I picked a few of these MagSafe cable pucks at a local VZ store and one died two weeks later. Went to the Apple Store and discovered they were 18 months old and therefore out of warranty.

That seems completely wrong. The year warranty should start when they are purchased.
