To add insult to injury:

Brand-new Apple Watch Series 3 on Amazon: $169

This must be a joke, and a bad one, too. I have no other explanation.

Avoid my mistakes and never order Woot’s “refurbished” crap. I really wish MacRumors stopped putting these ads for them.

I actually found profitable use for Woot's "refurbished" crap. I bought a pair of iPhone 7s when T-Mobile was running "free iPhone SE2 with trade-in" offer for existing customers. $130 for refurb got me a "free" $400 iPhone SE.

If I recall, Woot's 'refurbished' quality control is severely lacking. Better to buy refurbished through Apple directly.

So, I was right in an earlier post, refurbished is overrated, "they" should have a law forbidding the use of it, *in my view it's secondhand.

* Where I am from you get a new phone if the old one can't be repaired, not a refurb, years ago Apple gave a refurb to a woman here after she returned an unrepairable iPhone (Still in the warranty period), she sued and won.

Big difference between Apple’s refurbished products and those offered by Woot.

Yes, I am aware of that, even then Apple is not allowed to give you a refurb here.

Apple's refurb are like new, but you see refurbished everywhere nowadays, it's a scam, it should be forbidden, they are just secondhand, nothing else, even in Apple's case.
