Dearth of Second Video Card Option

That is a curious move. Inventory issue? For what it's worth...

I think it's nothing. They probably just ran out of them in stock. Ill bet that it will be back by the end of the month.

Who knows. Maybe no one was buying a 2nd card at time of system purchase. But then, still seem hard to see how the addition of that option in the store would hit Apple. Of course, I've got no idea how they structure their inventory, etc. Obviously this doesn't harbinge a drop in OS support for dual (or more) heads.

Probably due to the fact that the cards they were offering had no ADC.

Maybe they are going to have PCI Nvidias selectable or ATI cards selectable that have ADC support.

Possibly the rumor of a multiple AGP ports in the power macs might come true....

... or maybe not
