Hey guys.

Before I start, note that I've read and tried everything in the other 'iPhone won't turn on' thread.

Was using my 3GS earlier on today for some TomTom navigation when the screen went the device simply died. Battery was at 97% and I didn't knock or bump the phone in any way, it just died.

Have tried every imaginable combination of power+home buttons. Nothing happens when I plug the phone into the PC, device doesn't even register in Windows. I've had it charging in the wall for the last hour and there's nothing on the screen.

Anyone had a similar problem? Ideas for a fix?

Went to the Apple store and got a replacement, no questions asked. Really superb customer service I have to say!
