Deauthorize Software in Mac App Store?

Can it be done?

I purchased iWork for my MacBook Pro and now, I've changed my mind, and I want to use it on my iMac instead.

How do i go about this?

:apple:

You don't have to deauthorize anything, just download it on your iMac again. When you buy something in the Mac App Store, you have the right to run it on as many of your personal macs as you like.

App Store and your purchase can be authorized on up to 5 computers for personal use.

No need to deauthorize, this is not windows.

That's iTunes. App Store has no 5-computer restriction.

I think I remember Jobs mentioned the 5 computer limit - same as iTunes - in Back-to-the-Mac keynote.

EDIT: Never Mind, he actually said "Apps are licensed for use on all your personal Macs." Though that can be open to interpretation.

Jumping in, can I delete the history of an app I downloaded, uninstalled, and didn't like? It still appears in my "purchased" tab on the MAS... ? I don't want it!
