Hi,

How can I deauthorize iTunes from a Computer that has died? I have hit my maximum of 5, but I really am only using 3. I had 2 pcs that **** the bed and now what am I to do?

From Apple's site:
"If you have authorized five computers, a button labeled "Deauthorize All" will appear in your Account Information screen. This button will deauthorize all computers associated with your account. You can then reauthorize up to 5 computers. Note: You can only use this feature once a year."

Once you do this, just re-authorize the computers you use.
 
You can only "deautherize all" once per 365 days, If you need to do this more than that then you have to ring apple and beg them to do it for you.
