Decals ? Screen protector that only cover screen iPhone 5 ?

Just bought my iPhone 5 (bad esn) today to use as an iPod and was looking into skins / decals. Noticed most cover up whole body and top and bottom of screen where home button and speakers are. Do they sell screen protectors that only cover phone as most of the ones I saw cover the whole front of the phone ? Or can i place screen protector first then place skin on top ?

Does anyone know what to do in these instances ? Any previous experiences ? Anyone know of screen protectors that only cover screen ?

Yes, I did that. Protector, then skin/sticker. That is the only way.
