Decent TN(?) or cheap H-IPS 24" LCD?

I'm about to buy one of these two LCDs, has anyone user either/both of these? There some reviews of the Phillips (H-IPS) with some blue-tinge on one side. I'm just using this display for the usual stuff like web/video/games.

Both of these display's are the same price (AUD$389), same size and resolution.
