Hi all,

I have a Canon Mg3250 but its pants with the crappy Wifi signal and keeps dropping, having to restart it everytime to print once it goes sleep mode!

Anyone have any decent recommendations for a wireless printer? Would prefer a laser printer as I dont print alot of colour but not sure if you can pick one up for under £100?

Thanks

In the US, you can pick up a Brother HL-2270DW for closer to £50, but not in Europe - the non-wireless version is already £98.

In the UK, the Brother HL-3140CW colour laser is currently on sale for £79. It doesn't have dulex-printing (which would be the HL-3150CDW for £140), but it is wireless and AirPrint-enabled.

I plan to check these out too, so thanks for the info. In the meanwhile, does anyone else have a recommendation? I'm looking for a printer that can be used with an iPhone 4 or 5 and an iPad 2.
I just noticed that the above printers are laser, not inkjet. I was actually looking for inkjet, but could be convinced that laser would be better if anyone has any thoughts on that. Thanks.

I've been looking at a cheaper Samsung ML-2165W since I dont do any colour printing so this maybe another option.

On my Canon Mg3250 I have changed some settings around and seems to be working ok after I dis-abled the sleep function.

I use Officejet 8600. Its not a laserjet printer, but a very good home office printer with excellent cost-per-page ratio.

Damn that looks like a beast lol The Samsung is tiny which would be ideal, think I'll buy one and try it out.

I picked up an Epson WF-3540 and I'm really happy with it. It's not laser, but it also has a good cost per page ratio and is AirPrint capable. It also is amazingly fast for an inject. I think it's actually as fast as my old brother laser.

Picked up the Samsung 2165W, installed within 10mins and working spot on! :)

Canon off to ebay
