I have been given the below build numbers for Safari builds that are showing up in some logs. I don't have access to the full user agent data. Does anyone know if these are builds specific to windows and mac versions or are these different because of security updates applied?

Yes the webkit build is specific to what version and OS it is on. Check this link to a list of Safari Version History Releases.

This info from what I saw online was once available on Apples Developer page but it seems to be gone now. The wikipedia source above is good but not totally complete...
