Trying to upgrade to Yosemite. Apple wants Apple ID, password and credit card info. I provide all including credit card info for a card that worked a couple of days ago. Apple declined the credit card. Why? On what basis? If I knew what was wrong (if anything is wrong on my side), I could do something about it.

Who do I ask to sort this out? Or, what do I do to sort this out?

Thanks, nevermind. I don't know the card was declined, but good cards seem to be commonly declined. My "fix" was simply to check the "None" box (for payment option.
