I have some emails in arabic sent to me from a scholarship fund that I am part of. However I cannot read the emails because they are encoded in some wierd way. Here is a sample:

ÊÚãíã åÇã áÌãíÚ ÇáØáÇÈ ÇáãÊÚËíä ÈÇãÑíßÇ ÇáÓáÇã Úáíßã æÑÍãÉ Çááå
æÈÑßÇÊå ÇáãáÝ ÇáãÑÝÞ åæ ÚÈÇÑÉ Úä ÇÓÊÈíÇä ÊÞííã ÈÑäÇãÌ ÇáÇÈÊÚÇË

I need this is arabic, is there any decoder program I can download for safari or firefox that will decode these emails.

-Thank you

I chose IBM-864 from the list of encodings within Firefox and it seems okay to my eyes but I only recognise Arabic, I don't read it.
