decreasing space between bullets/numbers and text?

i am unable to decrease space between bullets and text.spent a lot of time on it

In your screen shot, go the "HOME" screen, right next to the grid icon, there is a line space. Highlight the bullet points you want to increase or decrease click on the button highlighted in screen shot and pick the spacing you want.
