Deduping contacts after facebook integration?

I did the Update Contacts thing in the Facebook settings, but it hasn't handled the integration very well - I now have a bunch of duplicated contacts, same names, original entry + facebook entry.

Is there a way to merge them?

Edit the contact, scroll all the way down, link contacts

That only seems to let me do it one at a time, manually pointing it to the contact. I'm hoping there's a way to say 'Look, you dumb machine, you have 240 duplicate contacts here, look at the damn names and sort yourself out'.
