I noticed that the values in camera control are not restored when the app is closed. So I would like to ask you: what is the default depth of field value? I don't remember

Mine is defaulted at f2.8.
If you want to retain/restore it, go to Settings > Camera > Preserve Settings > Depth Control and toggle it on. Same goes for any other camera settings you want retained.
