I'm still keeping on the original plastic film that covers the front of the IP5 b/c I don't have an official screen protector yet. If I remove the film, and keep the screen scratch-free, will it still be easy to apply a dry-apply screen protector (like Spigen?)? Or is it best to keep the original film on (and expose the screen to absolutely nothing so that it will adhere to the screen protector better later)? Does it matter???

Doesn't matter too much. Just make sure you wipe it down clean when you put on the new screen protector.
