Default keyboard language for contact?

Can I make a keyboard language to be default for each individual contact?

I have an apple watch and I find that I can't dictate in french to my french mother in law because suddenly the keyboard language has switched to english on my phone. Any advice?

Force touch the microphone and select the language you want to use!
