Default Location - Error

This is REALLY annoying me, when i re-install OS X on my machines it ALWAYS defaults to Cardiff!!!! instead it should default to London, as i live in ENGLAND my capital is LONDON!!!

Anyone else come across this? does anyone know why it does this?

Same issue here - at least the default it chooses for me is New York, which is in my time zone. Columbus, OH is closer to where I live, though, and I wish that was the default.
