Default paths for default apps?

I recently installed UNO (the theme manager), and it's said that it can't find many default apps (mail, safari etc.). I also remember reading something that said not to move your apps, but of course, I forgot.

My question is this: What are the default (ie: original) locations of the OSX apps?

Almost every app sits in /Applications.

And if you still can't find it, do a Spotlight search for it.
