I just installed Creative Suit 2, and it has made GoLive the default program for .php files..

How do I change the default program to open .php files with back to textmate?

How do I change the default program to open .php files with back to textmate?

Right-click/control-click* a .php file, and choose "Get Info". Look for the "Open with" menu, and choose the appropriate application; click the box "Change All".

Should do it.
