Default program?

How can I change the default word processor selection in OS X ? I figured out how to do it on individual files, but there must be a way to do it for all .doc documents instead of doing each file one at a time. Right? I want the default to be Neo Office.

Get info on one of the docs, change the default app, then press the Change All button.
