iPhone XR Default video recording settings for XR?

What are the default settings for video recording on the XR? I've played around with the settings a bit and want to go back to what the settings where when I got it, but I can't remember what it was....it was the best balance of not taking up TOO much space but still looking great.

I think it was 1080p and 60 fps? But I could be wrong.

1080p @ at 30 fps is default

It says (default) right next to it
