I bought a replacement battery for a 2010 macbook from MacSales after seeing some positive comments about them here.Battery started failing to hold a charge after a few months. At 10 months it was unable to hold a charge at all, contacted them, multiple times, no response. Finally connected via chat and they agreed to replace after I uninstall send and wait for replacement. I cant be without the computer so long. Asked for refund so I can go to apple store and get a new one right away. They wont do it..."we refund only within 1 month of purchase". I wont use them again and it seems that their batteries are in the same class as a number of other after market batteries which are just not reliable. I expected more. Going with original equipment from now on for sure.
